To Our Valued U.S. Customers, Friends, Brokers, Service Providers and Suppliers :  

This is notice that effective June 13, 2011 S.H.Overseas Ltd* has proudly appointed Ferrara Pan Candy Co, Inc., Forest Park, Il. (Ferrara Pan) as the exclusive distributor for the ‘Great Bite’ brand in the United States.   

We at S.H.Overseas Limted and S.H.I. China Ltd are very excited by this new arrangement and to be working with a company with such an outstanding reputation and market presence as Ferrara Pan. 

As part of this new arrangement, North American Food & Confectionary Importers LLC dba Great Bite Candy Company has ceased its marketing and sales operations in North America as from June 13, 2011. In future, all matters relating to sales, distribution and the day-to-day management of the brand in the USA will be handled by Ferrara Representation.   

Great Bite Candy Company is working toward a smooth transition for the brand to Ferrara Pan Candy Co, and is making every effort to ensure that all aspects of the old marketing operations are properly and correctly wrapped up in the near future.
